Beetroot Hummus
Ingredients
220g Tinned Chickpeas
3 Garlic Cloves
150g Beetroot, Cooked
1 Tsp Tahini
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Juiced
Method
- Drain some of the water from the chickpeas, save some of this liquid.
- Place all the ingredients in a food blender and mix together until it forms a smooth paste.
- Add some water if the mixture is too thick.
