Ofsted Inspection Report
We are delighted to share our latest Ofsted report following our inspection in December 2024.
A huge thank you goes to our incredible staff team for ensuring a smooth and stress-free inspection process, as well as to our wonderful parents for their invaluable feedback. The Inspector highlighted how valued and supported both staff and children are at Oak Lee, a true reflection of the strong sense of community we cherish.
Throughout the inspection, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The Inspector praised our staff’s dedication, their excellent relationships with the children, and the enriching learning experiences we provide. She noted how settled, happy, and well-cared-for the children are—an incredible testament to the commitment of our team.
While the report itself is factual, it doesn’t fully capture the Inspector’s enthusiastic praise for Oak Lee. She loved observing our yoga sessions, extended language activities, group times, and even lunchtime, where children were happily engaged and enjoying their meals. It was clear to her that Oak Lee is a truly special place.
Meera, the Proprietor, has maintained a consistent “Good” rating for over 20 years and this is an achievement she is incredibly proud of, particularly in the ever-evolving field of early years education. The Inspector acknowledged this as a remarkable accomplishment, and we couldn’t agree more.
